Our flexible scheduling format allows you to book with multiple trainers in a week to fit your needs.

We understand that COVID-19 makes coming into the studio very daunting, however, that shouldn't stop you from reaching your fitness goals. Invest into your health by booking online personal training sessions with our amazing trainers. By receiving a workout that is personalized to you and your goals.

This is my first personal training experience and let me tell you it was not easy. My PT (Jan) was very understanding of when I needed to take a break and always reminded me to drink water. He was welcoming and kind. I can tell this road won't be easy but it will be worth it in the end. I highly recommend FITIN30.   • Fitness Assessment: We will assess your cardio endurance, a strength and endurance test (upper and lower body), core endurance and other components of fitness so we can have a thorough understanding of where your starting point is

Additionally, with workouts being 30 minutes, it is a realistic time frame for the working individual who may want to squeeze in a workout either before work, during the lunch break, or after a shift.
