Hannah has been a fitness instructor and personal trainer for over a decade. When it comes to training style, she likes to go back to basics. Once that came to an end, she realized how passionate she was when it came to teaching others about the benefits of moving your body. Rosie is a multifaceted trainer with many strengths. With strong backgrounds in both gymnastics and Pilates, she is well-equipped to help you achieve your goals, whatever they may be. Rosie found her passion for fitness through her career within competitive gymnastics. Once she retired, she realized another passion - teaching and helping others. Aside from her vast knowledge of the fitness industry, she’s one of the warmest people you may ever meet. Her genuine kindness and sincerity comes across with every workout she runs - so you know you’re in good hands!
Jan’s love for fitness was ignited through the sports he played during his teen years. As he grew older, he discovered his love for weight training and powerlifting. It wasn’t the just physical changes that kept him motivated though, it was the mental changes, too. Jan has the tools to help you stay motivated to reach your goals, and with his strong background in powerlifting, he’ll always have a move or two up his sleeve to really challenge you during your sessions.
Cheryl has dipped her toes in a multitude of different training practices (long distance running, Olympic powerlifting, bodybuilding, and cardio kickboxing, just to name a few) and because of this, will be able to challenge you no matter what your training level is! On top having over eight years within the fitness industry, Cheryl has a strong background in dance and music composition, which both play a huge factor in her creative ability to mix up workouts and keep them interesting. Whatever your goal is, Cheryl will be able to help you get there!
With a bachelor’s in physical education, Frankie has the knowledge and experience to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Frankie’s passion for the fitness industry stems from seeing people reach their full physical potential. He’ll constantly push you past physical limits that only you can see, and will always ensure that you leave feeling stronger than you did when walking in. Frankie has a genuine interest in his client’s goals and will do whatever it takes to push them above and beyond, while creating a comfortable and motivating environment!
Anthony embodies a healthy and active lifestyle by living the "coach" life to the fullest. When he isn't meal prepping, training at FitIn30 or teaching he is looking for new ways to exert energy; through softball, hiking or other various physical activities. Anthony exudes energy that will carry you through the hardest session.
Leo’s motto is “go, go, go” - and that’s exactly what he does during his workouts. David, originally from Spain, has a strong background in Calisthenics - a way of developing strength and flexibility, typically done using only your body weight. Any client of David’s will be well-equipped on their fitness journey through learning the basics of body movement at the beginning, and using that as a strong foundation to move forward in gaining strength, endurance, and power. David is also a dedicated engineering student, and knows what it takes to incorporate fitness into a busy lifestyle. He’ll make your thirty minutes with him count, and will push you towards any goals you have set!
Angela is the definition of a supermom - she’s got three kiddos at home, and she knows what it takes to stay in shape. Angela joined Fit in 30 as a client many years ago, and with the help of our trainers, was able to shed 25 lbs of pots-baby weight in 3 months! This experience sparked her passion for helping others live their best lives each and every day, and led her to the decision to become a personal trainer. Angela’s got the experience and the knowledge to help you reach your goals!
