Mallory’s contagious smile will get you through any workout! Mallory discovered her love of fitness through her dancing career (she was even a BC Lion’s cheerleader!). Once that came to an end, she realized how passionate she was when it came to teaching others about the benefits of moving your body. Mallory’s functional workout style will get you sweating, and will set you up with a strong fitness foundation that will be transferable to all aspects of your life. With over eight years in the fitness industry and a wealth of knowledge, Mallory will be sure to help you achieve your goals.
Cheryl has dipped her toes in a multitude of different training practices (long distance running, Olympic powerlifting, bodybuilding, and cardio kickboxing, just to name a few) and because of this, will be able to challenge you no matter what your training level is! On top having over eight years within the fitness industry, Cheryl has a strong background in dance and music composition, which both play a huge factor in her creative ability to mix up workouts and keep them interesting. Whatever your goal is, Cheryl will be able to help you get there!
Leo’s motto is “go, go, go” – and that’s exactly what he does during his workouts. He will keep you moving and motivated the entire thirty minutes that you’re in the studio – so you’ll be sure to leave with your sweat glow on! On top of getting an excellent workout from Leo, you’ll also leave feeling like you gained a new best friend. Leo’s genuine and caring persona is unmatchable – his client’s goals are important to him, and he has the tools to help you reach any and every goal you set! He believes that motivation, balance, and positive energy are the keys to a successful workout – you’ll gain each of these after every session with Leo by your side.
Jesse is an experienced and certified health and weight loss professional with almost a decade spent within the fitness industry. Hundreds of people have achieved (and exceeded) their fitness and weight loss goals under his strategic and tactful guidance. Jesse’s primary passion is to inspire other to make positive changes in their lives – and he believes that starts with living a healthy lifestyle! He also feels that it is his ultimate responsibility to lead by example – he’s always pushing himself through his own workouts and exemplifies what living a healthy, active lifestyle truly looks like.
Hannah has been a fitness instructor and personal trainer for over a decade. When it comes to training style, she likes to go back to basics. That being said, don’t think you’ll be getting off easy with the simplicity of her workouts. In her case, simple doesn’t mean “easier” – it means “better.” Hannah explores all aspects of fitness and knows how to artfully craft a workout. She believes in contemporary fitness methods based around core stability and functional strength. Book with Hannah today – she’s our exercise ninja!
Jan’s love for fitness was ignited through the sports he played during his teen years. As he grew older, he discovered his love for weight training and powerlifting. It wasn’t the just physical changes that kept him motivated though, it was the mental changes, too. Jan has the tools to help you stay motivated to reach your goals, and with his strong background in powerlifting, he’ll always have a move or two up his sleeve to really challenge you during your sessions.
Angela is the definition of a supermom – she’s got three kiddos at home, and she knows what it takes to stay in shape. Angela joined Fit in 30 as a client many years ago, and with the help of our trainers, was able to shed 25 lbs of pots-baby weight in 3 months! This experience sparked her passion for helping others live their best lives each and every day, and led her to the decision to become a personal trainer. Angela’s got the experience and the knowledge to help you reach your goals!
As an Online Fitness and Nutrition Coach for over 2+ years and a new mom to a beautiful baby boy, Jessica understands the challenges that come with living a busy lifestyle. Jessica believes that in order to live a healthy and happy life, one must live intentionally.
She believes that the integration of exercise, good nutrition, and mindfulness will help anyone achieve just that. Her teaching styles focus on the basics of functional fitness while tailoring her workouts to fit the needs of her clients on any given day.
You’ll always catch Jess with a smile on her face and she makes you feel comfortable and confident no matter what your fitness level is!
Danielle is passionate about living an all-around healthy and balanced lifestyle. She pursued personal training after experiencing amazing & positive changes in her own life through fitness and wellness.
She believes in exercising because you LOVE yourself, not because you dislike yourself. She works every day to maintain a healthy body and mind – understanding the struggle of being constantly tired, weak, overweight, anxious, and unmotivated.
Danielle has been in the fitness industry for over ten years and she will do whatever it takes to help you reach your goals and (hopefully) have fun while doing it! Danielle wants to be a positive, encouraging part in the next chapter of your happier and healthier life— no matter how big or small your goals are.
Rachel has her Bachelors in Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia, is BCRPA certified trainer, and is a first-degree black belt.
She has over 8 years of experience in coaching kickboxing, swimming, kayaking, fitness, and aquafit. In addition, she has experience working with all levels and ages regardless of barriers, abilities, and ages including Parkinson’s Disease and accessible fitness. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys getting outdoors and hiking, kayaking, rock climbing, skiing, and surfing.
Rachel believes in the importance of helping her clients to achieve an active, healthy, and balanced lifestyle.
