Jesse Benson is an experienced and certified health and weight loss professional with almost a decade of experience. Hundreds of people have achieved (and exceeded) their fitness and weight loss goals under his guidance. Jesse's passion is to inspire others to make positive changes in their lives. Jesse’s vision is to see everyone successfully living a fit life! He feels that it is his ultimate responsibility is to lead by example.
Hannah has been a fitness instructor and personal trainer for over a decade. She likes to go back to the basics; however, don't think you are getting off easy with the simplicity of her workouts. In her case, simple is better. She explores all aspects of fitness and knows how to artfully craft a workout. She believes in contemporary fitness methods based around core stability and functional strength. She is a true exercise ninja!

Paige is the newest addition to our team. Since moving to Vancouver from Penticton to start her health and fitness career she has been nothing but smiles, enthusiasm and helpful to all our members. You can catch Paige purchasing salads at Victoria's Health & Organic bar or being photographed in high fashion shoots; Paige is a model..... shhhh don't tell her we told you. Make sure to stop by and say hi to her next time you are in, she is always waiting to assist you with a smile.
Having a sports therapy education, Robbie is able to encourage his clients through the toughest workouts safely and effectively. He can identify any limitations; allowing him to design corrective routines when needed. "I'm fairly laid back in my approach to being a coach but at the same time enjoy to make people work hard and achieve their goals as quickly and as safely as possible."
Mallory's contagious smile will get you through any workout. Her functional style of training can be done in the studio or outside in the sunshine. With over eight years in the health and fitness industry, Mallory has proven to deliver effective and well rounded workouts to meet her clients goals and needs.
Rosie grew up as a competitive gymnast which instilled a life long love for health and fitness into her values at a young age. After retiring from competitive gymnastics she found her second passion: teaching fitness and learning about human movement. Although Rosie still coaches gymnastics she has branched out into the fitness industry as a personal trainer, pilates instructor and group fitness instructor. She can testify to the positive benefits that proper exercise, core training and pilates can have on your body and mind.
Cheryl has been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for over eight years and has a gift for seeing the potential in others. She has dabbled in many different areas of fitness, including long distance running, cardio kickboxing, 80s cardio dance, step aerobics, Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, and bodybuilding. With a background in dance and music, Cheryl has an endless imagination for creating interesting, fun, effective workouts. Whether your goal is to run a marathon, get a strict pull-up, or fit into your dream wedding dress or tux, Cheryl will help you get there!
Frankie's passion for the fitness industry stems from seeing people reach their full physical potential. He enjoys seeing pushing people to the limit and beyond. Anthony embodies a healthy and active lifestyle by living the "coach" life to the fullest. When he isn't meal prepping, training at FitIn30 or teaching he is looking for new ways to exert energy; through softball, hiking or other various physical activities. Anthony exudes energy that will carry you through the hardest session.
Motivation/ balance/ positive energy is key to a successful workout. My motto is "go go go" and I will always make sure to keep your momentum going for your motivation, nutrition and training goals. I love teaching group classes and fun energizing 30 minute workouts. I will help you through your roadblocks and turn them into highways of success. You will gain motivation, balance and positive energy after each session with me by your side.
David, our last team member, came from Spain to help and support you with your fitness goals. He has been balancing engineering and fitness for the last 8 years. With David, you will master the basis, and create a solid and strong foundation with bodyweight exercises to increase strength, endurance and power, achieving your goals at the same time that you have fun.
Liana has a strong passion for helping people achieve results. She works together with her clients to set short and long-term goals to improve physical fitness and confidence. Liana’s main focus is strength and conditioning and working with people with different postural issues as well as wanting to improve fitness.
